Purchasing Priority Tickets
PRIORITY CODE
You will need a priority code to purchase tickets during the initial ticket period (April 13 - April 27). Please check your inbox for an email from us on the evening of Wednesday, April 10 for more information on your priority code. If your dancer is in two or three shows, please make sure that you received your priority code AND your coupon code, which are separate codes, and will be in two separate emails.
**DANCERS AND CLASS MOMS DO NOT NEED A TICKET, AS THEY WILL REMAIN BACKSTAGE FOR THEIR ENTIRE SHOW**
PRIORITY CODE
You will need a priority code to purchase tickets during the initial ticket period (April 13 - April 27). Please check your inbox for an email from us on the evening of Wednesday, April 10 for more information on your priority code. If your dancer is in two or three shows, please make sure that you received your priority code AND your coupon code, which are separate codes, and will be in two separate emails.
- PRIORITY CODE IS 5 DIGITS, AND SHOULD ONLY BE ENTERED ON THE FIRST SCREEN. To use your Priority Code, click on the link in the "Priority Codes" box that appears just below the "Selected Seats" box on the right.
- COUPON CODE IS 4 DIGITS, AND SHOULD ONLY BE ENTERED ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE. To use this type of code, select your seats and then click the button that says "Buy Selected Seats". On the page where you enter your indentifying and payment information you will see a box labeled "Coupon Code". Put your code into the box and then tab to the next field. If the code is accepted, you will see a Green check () next to the code.
**DANCERS AND CLASS MOMS DO NOT NEED A TICKET, AS THEY WILL REMAIN BACKSTAGE FOR THEIR ENTIRE SHOW**
- Each student will be able to purchase 6 tickets during the initial ticket selling period (Saturday, April 13th 12:00 p.m - April 27th at 12:00 p.m) for their show.
- This 6 ticket limit is in place to make sure that we do not oversell seats.
- If you have one student dancing in more than one show, you get 6 tickets per show. This is 12 total if they are dancing in two shows or 18 total if they are dancing in all 3 shows.
- If you have multiple dancers performing in the same show, you will receive 6 tickets per dancer. i.e. If you have 2 dancers both performing in the same show, you will receive 12 tickets for that one show.
- On Saturday, April 27th at 12:00 p.m., if there are any tickets remaining, you may go in and purchase as many additional tickets as you would like. At that time, tickets will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and will not have a number limit available for your purchase. Tickets will also be made available to the public at that time. Tickets may sell out. If this is the case, there will be no tickets available at the door on recital day.

- Tickets will NOT be sold in the studio, and must be purchased online.
- Payment must be made via credit/debit card, and ALL TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- The cost of the tickets will be $10 for General seating, and $15 for Premium seating. Premium seating includes the first 5 rows closest to the stage.
- EVERYONE will need a ticket to enter the auditorium. Infants and young children (ages 0-3) will not need a ticket if they are sitting on a lap. But, if they will be occupying a seat, they will need a ticket.
Instructions for Purchasing Tickets:
1) On Saturday, April 13 at 12:00 p.m., click on the link above to purchase tickets!
2) Once on the ticketing purchase site, you can go straight to the show that you would like to purchase tickets for. Please double check to make sure you know what show your dancer is in prior to purchasing tickets to make sure that you are purchasing tickets to the correct show.
**All shows: Pre-Pointe/Pointe, Teen Tap, Boys Hip Hop, Junior 2, 3, 4 Ballet, Junior 2, 3, 4 Jazz, Teen 2 and 3 Ballet, Teen 2 and 3 Jazz, Teen 2 and 3 Tap
Show 1 - 10:00 am (Monday & Saturday classes, Tap 2, Boundless Dance, Sr. Lyrical, Senior Dance)
Show 2 - 2:00 pm (Tuesday & Friday classes, Tap 3, Pre Company Group Dances, Recital Mini-Mester Class)
Show 3 - 6:00 pm (Wednesday & Thursday classes, Tap 4, Sr. Lyrical, Senior Dance & Recognition)
** Competition company dances will be split amongst the 3 shows. Please check the "Company News" page for the list of Company dances performing in each show.
Please note, we will NOT be able to refund, reimburse or trade your tickets if you purchase tickets for a show your dancer is not in.
3) Enter your PRIORITY CODE in the upper right hand corner, hit apply, and you will be able to choose your seats at that time. *You will not be able to choose any seats without providing the "priority code."
4) We sell tickets both to the floor level and mezzanine. Please click on main floor or mezzanine to view those particular seats. You can choose your seats there. Handicap accessible seats are available in the back of the main floor level, and are marked on the seating chart.
5) Once you have chosen your seats, you will go to the payment, review order, and receipt ticket page to complete your order.
6) IF YOUR DANCER OR FAMILY IS IN TWO SHOWS OR ALL THREE SHOWS, YOU WILL BE EMAILED A SEPARATE COUPON CODE. *please note that this is different from your priority code. The two are NOT interchangeable, and each code must be provided in the applicable area for your ticket sale to work correctly.
7) You will print tickets to present to the ushers on recital day.
