Purchasing Priority Tickets
PRIORITY CODE

You will need a priority code to purchase tickets during the initial ticket period (April 25 - May 9). Please check your inbox for an email from us between Monday, April 20 and Wednesday, April 22 for more information on your priority code. If your dancer is in two or three shows, please make sure that you received your priority code AND your coupon code, which are separate codes, and will be in two separate emails. (Coupon codes are only given to dancers in multiple shows).
  • PRIORITY CODE IS 5 DIGITS, AND SHOULD ONLY BE ENTERED ON THE FIRST SCREEN. To use your Priority Code, click on the link in the "Priority Codes" box that appears just below the "Selected Seats" box on the right.
  • COUPON CODE IS 4 DIGITS, AND SHOULD ONLY BE ENTERED ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE. To use this type of code, select your seats and then click the button that says "Buy Selected Seats". On the page where you enter your identifying and payment information you will see a box labeled "Coupon Code". Put your code into the box and then tab to the next field. If the code is accepted, you will see a Green check ( ) next to the code.
GENERAL TICKET INFO
**DANCERS AND CLASS MOMS DO NOT NEED A TICKET, AS THEY WILL REMAIN BACKSTAGE FOR THEIR ENTIRE SHOW**
  • Each student will be able to purchase 10 tickets during the initial ticket selling period (Saturday, April 25 - May 9) for their show.
  • This 10 ticket limit is in place to make sure that we do not oversell seats.
  • If you have one student dancing in more than one show, you get 10 tickets per show.  This is 20 total if they are dancing in two shows or 30 total if they are dancing in all 3 shows.
  • If you have multiple dancers performing in the same show, you will receive 10 tickets per dancer. i.e. If you have 2 dancers both performing in the same show, you will receive 20 tickets for that one show.  
  • On Saturday, May 9 at 11:00 a.m., if there are any tickets remaining, you may go in and purchase as many additional tickets as you would like. At that time, tickets will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and will not have a number limit available for your purchase. Tickets will also be made available to the public at that time. Tickets may sell out. If this is the case, there will be no tickets available at the door on recital day.

  • Tickets will NOT be sold in the studio, and must be purchased online.
  • Payment must be made via credit/debit card, and ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • The cost of the tickets will be $20 for General seating, and $25 for Premium seating. Premium seating includes the first 5 rows closest to the stage. There is an additional service charge added to each ticket by the ticketing provider.
  • EVERYONE will need a ticket to enter the auditorium. Infants and young children (ages 0-3) will not need a ticket, IF they are sitting on a lap. But, if they will be occupying a seat, they will need a ticket. ​
*Dancers & Class Moms do NOT need a ticket for their show, as they will remain backstage*
INSTRUCTIONS & PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING TICKETS
BEFORE TICKET SALE DATE:
  1. You will receive an email no later than Wednesday, April 22nd that you will need to keep handy for ticket sales.  This email will arrive from the email address, [email protected], and will contain a "personalized priority code".  THIS EMAIL IS VERY IMPORTANT.  
  2. IF YOU HAVE A STUDENT IN MORE THAN ONE SHOW, you will also receive a "coupon code".  These codes are different (please see below). 
  3. Please also note, the emails with priority and coupon codes will ONLY be sent to the PRIMARY email on your Studio Director account.
    1. If you are dividing the ticket purchases amongst other family members, it will be your responsibility to share the priority code with those people. We cannot divide or send additional codes amongst multiple family members.  
    2. Since coupon codes can only be used once, one person should buy all of the tickets and split the fees accordingly, if applicable.  
  4. Everyone purchasing tickets will be required to type in this priority code, which will allow you to access seats during the initial ticket sale period.  
  5. This priority code allows tickets to only be available to you, and not to the general public.  
  6. Please have this code ready and available on Saturday, April 25th at 11:00 a.m. so your order will not be delayed.
PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE YOUR CODES, AND USE YOUR COUPON CODE INSTEAD OF THE PRIORITY CODE, AS IT WILL NOT LET YOU ENTER THE SITE TO PURCHASE TICKETS.  THE PRIORITY CODE IS 5 DIGITS AND THE COUPON CODE IS 4 DIGITS.
