Premiere Dance Company - First Position was created to provide the same high-quality dance education families have come to expect from Premiere Dance Company, in a smaller and more focused setting designed especially for our youngest dancers.
Located conveniently on Main Street in the heart of Norman, First Position offers a welcoming studio environment with easy parking, a comfortable lobby, and a single dedicated studio space. By keeping this location intentionally smaller, we can give young dancers and their families more individual attention while creating a calm, supportive, and stress-free place for children to take their first steps in dance.
Our goal is to build confidence, coordination, and a love of movement through thoughtful instruction and age-appropriate classes that focus on strong fundamentals. Just as importantly, we aim to create a space where families feel comfortable, connected, and part of a positive community.
Through classes, family-friendly events, and community gatherings, Premiere Dance Company - First Position hopes to deepen our roots in Norman while giving young dancers the best possible start in their dance journey.
