Recommendations

Picture
For children ages 6 and under, we LOVE the ballet shoes that have an elastic band around the shoe, as opposed to a drawstring.  The drawstrings get in the way of the dancer and can also get lost in the shoes. We also prefer the tap shoes that have either a velcro or snap buckle.  Both of these shoes make the shoe changing process so much easier for your dancer.

We have these particular shoes available for purchase at the studio for $20 ballet and $30 for tap.  If you would like to schedule a time for your dancer to be fitted, please drop by during business hours or call 217-2363 to schedule an appointment. We also have tutu dresses ($24) , leotards and tights available for purchase as well.

Please avoid the ballet shoes from Target and Payless. The material used on those particular shoes are difficult to dance in and are much more bulky!

Free Dress Week

Starting in January, the first week of the month dancers are allowed to wear whatever they want to class! We ask that students refrain from large costumes that they are unable to move in. Dancers must still wear the correct dance shoes to their class and have their hair secured away from the face.
