Booking Information and Party Contract
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required in the amount of half of the party cost. Once paid we will post your confirmation letter detailing your booking date and time. Please check this letter carefully to make sure it is correct and keep it as a reference.
Confirmation of guest numbers and final price:
Please confirm your final guest numbers with us by phone or email, no later than the Thursday before your party (if on a weekend) or 48 hours prior to any weekday booking. We will also need to know how many of the guest will be boys vs girls so we can provide the right costumes to fit the theme. If you would like to upgrade your party package or purchase the Bounce House add-on please make sure these are also confirmed at this time. Once final numbers have been confirmed, we will confirm the final amount due, which can be paid on the day of your party.
Final payments must be made with a credit card or electronic checking account payment.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes circumstances mean you may have to cancel your party. If you need to cancel your party and would like to reschedule, we will do our best to re-book at a suitable time and your original deposit will still stand. If however you cancel your party less than 4 weeks from the party date, and do not reschedule, you forfeit your deposit.
Pricing
Pricing starts at $350.00 for 12 children for our most basic party package. Party packages range from $350 - $600. Each additional child is an additional $12.00.
